SIA REK is a family-owned company and we are specialized in the production and marketing of thermally modified wood.

Our production unit and office is located in Talsi – a small town located in the western part of Latvia.

Many years of experience in the timber business has provided us with a great experience in delivering high quality thermowood products and services to our customers.

In the production process we use only high quality pine and spruce raw material from Finland.

Thanks to our well established planing line, we are able to offer various thermowood decking and cladding profiles and meet the requirements of our customers.

To be able to grow and develop in the thermowood business, what we stand out for is the attitude towards the work process, especially in terms of product quality, and the willingness to go into every detail. We have a great responsibility to ensure that the end product is of the highest quality and exactly what the customer wanted, which in addition to quality also includes the exact profile, type and style of packaging and product lengths.

Our main product groups are thermo-treated wood decking and cladding. To our customers we can also offer already brushed and oiled or painted thermowood decking and cladding, because an important part of our business includes thermowood surface treatment to which we have also devoted a great deal of attention and effort to ensure a high quality end result.
